Zarije Bulatovic has finished the Belgrade business academy on government Belgrade University in the year 1981. Specialization was Organization and Cybernetics. Those studies were the first studies related to Cybernetics in Yugoslavia and were sponsored by the manufacturer of computers Burroughs Corporation, and some members of the SyberSyn team.
